I bring the same skill to the witness stand, so your jury understands the medicine and feels comfortable listening to me. I’m available for in-person and remote testimony.
Addiction Medicine Evaluations
An independent evaluation of whether an involved party has a substance use disorder, how it has progressed, and what treatment or intervention is appropriate. I have experience with prescription medications, alcohol, cannabis, opioids, cocaine, amphetamines, and other substances.
Evaluations can be record-based or in person, depending on what your case needs. They are useful in personal injury, family law, employment, professional licensing, and criminal matters, including sentencing mitigation and diversion.
